The Role: This role is reporting into the National Data & Insights Director located in our stunning brand-new South Melbourne office. As theInsights Coordinator, you are responsible for:
  • Assisting in the co-ordination of data systems, key research programs and strategic solutions
  • Analysing, collating and formatting data; including survey, consumer profile, audience mobility, and sales data across multiple tools/platforms.
  • Assist in developing strategic proposals & other sales documents as and when required.
  • Assisting in the co-ordination and execution of key insights/data initiatives.
The incumbent will manage day to days tasks proficiently and to the utmost standards ensuring the QMS corporate image is maintained always. What you will be able to do:
  • Utilise available data tools to create insights collateral.
  • Supporting the Sales team via analysis of data sets to generate strategic OOH solutions and compelling insights.
  • Update and maintain internal inventory management systems as required.
  • Assist the Data & Insights team in the development of strategic OOH proactive opportunities.
  • Support various insight initiatives under the directive of senior members of the team.
  • Aid in uncovering insights for the Marketing & Sales team to deliver business value, by assisting with the interpretation, visualisation and presentation of this data.
  • Source and formulate insights from outside available data tools (e.g. Media Publications, International Media Suppliers, Academic Resources).
  • Organise, update & manage sales collateral including site descriptions, media schedules, presentations, templates.
  • Organise, update & maintain data platforms and management systems regularly to ensure reflect the current business’ position.
What are we looking for? Ideally you will possess the following skills and attributes: Please note this is an entry level role, however there are some competencies and qualifications expected:
  • Qualifications in Media Communications, Marketing, Sales, Statistical Analytics or Commerce is an advantage but not essential.
  • A basic understanding of insight generation to tell compelling stories.
  • A passion to grow within the media industry and grow experience within Data & Insights capabilities.
