Tasks

Harrison Child & Family Clinic is looking for a confident client care officer (CCO) with great people skills to join our expanding team.

We focus on bringing out the best in our team members, because we know this will result in the best experience for our clients.

Requirements

As a CCO at HCF Clinic, You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Welcoming new clients, collecting, and entering personal details and managing our welcome room;
  • Client nurturing to ensure that our children and their families have an incredible experience each time they visit the clinic;
  • Correct management of incoming client data, billing, and debtor management;
  • Assisting our team of brilliant clinicians and being a highly valued, contributing factor in allowing them to provide the best level of care for our families.
