Your Opportunity - Manager, Marketing and Customer Operations – Build To RentAs a Manager, Marketing and Customer Operations – Build To Rent, you will be responsible for delivering on our vision and strategy for LIV.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the onsite LIV teams in the adoption of the brand promise and overall experience.
- Driving the implementation of the LIV Communications Framework.
- Supporting the LIV Asset teams on best practice communication responses.
- Monitoring and managing digital customer channels. This includes creating and scheduling content, responding to queries, and monitoring behavior and rules of engagement.
- Monitoring and responding to LIV Google Reviews.
- Building EDM’s in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to support the communication and promotion of various operations, programs, events, and experiences.
- Responsible for sourcing and maintaining content on the LIV App and website.
- Supporting the implementation of LIV App enhancements to deliver added value to LIV communities.
- Responsible for driving usage and engagement on the LIV App.
- Developing a deep understanding of LIV customers; their needs, behaviors, and jobs-to-be-done, to inform and support strategies, programs, experiences, and projects.
- Supporting the delivery of the vision for our experience programs across LIV that drive community, customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and unlock commercial partnerships.
- Driving the implementation of the annual calendar of programs, events, and experiences in partnership with the LIV Asset teams.
- Delivering guidelines for successful localization and implementation of programs across each of the LIV Assets.
- Briefing creative requirements for all programs and experiences, and where necessary, supporting the roll out/localization of creative in Canva.
- Sourcing and managing relevant supplier relationships in partnership with the LIV Asset teams.
- Identifying local partnership opportunities to deliver added value to LIV communities.
- Measuring and reporting on initiatives to determine value, effectiveness, and support decision making.
Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Customer, or equivalent is desirable.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing and customer roles.
Demonstrated delivery experience collaborating with customer, marketing, operational, and digital teams.
Demonstrated experience executing on strategy.
Demonstrated innovation experience.
Ability to manage all levels of internal and external customers.
