Through this, you will gain knowledge of the operations and disciplines of large-scale organisations within an Alliance, whilst we deliver several major Infrastructure and Rail Projects.We are currently looking for HR, Finance, Commercial or Business Management undergraduates to join our Industry Capability & Social Inclusion team, based out of our NWPA project office in Sunshine, VIC.Your working hours (minimum 2 days/week) will be flexible to suit your study commitments.Key Responsibilities:
  • Writing content and drafting templates for processes.
  • Extracting data from Power BI, cross checking data and adding in any missing information.
  • Analysing and manipulating data for reporting.
  • Contacting subcontractors to obtain required documentation.
  • Reviewing subcontractors' performance against their commitments
  • Assist in the creation and preparation of documents, reports, presentations, and/or publications relevant to the team's operations
  • Working closely with our Commercial team and Industry Capability & Inclusion teams.
To be successful in this key role, you must have;
  • A 3rd or 4th year student currently studying a bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Commercial or Business Management.
  • A keen interest in gaining experience in the construction industry
  • Available to work at least 2 days per week (Monday - Friday)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a demanding and fast-paced work environment, by prioritising tasks to meet deadlines
  • Well-developed organisational skills and producing work to a high standard
  • A team player with a positive and friendly can-do attitude
  • Currently hold an Australian Probationary or Full Driver's License with access to reliable transport.

  • Ability to travel to Project locations across Melbourne.
  • Intermediate Excel Skills (Pivot Table, V-Lookup etc.)
