Your new role

Deployed in Business Operations, you will:

  • Establish and manage project plans for large strategic projects and initiatives, including project structure and governance
  • Develop and communicate the project charter, ensuring clarity and common understanding of project objectives and deliverables
  • Implement project management methodology for consistent and efficient project management across multiple work streams
  • Oversee resource utilisation and deployment for project implementation
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring accurate definition of phases, milestones and objectives
  • Manage project governance, reporting, risk mitigation and data integrity


What you'll need to succeed

  • A track record in the Higher Education sector is essential
  • Demonstrable experience on large and complex projects
  • Experience managing multiple projects and work streams
  • Significant experience managing a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders
  • Project Management Certification (Prince2) is highly desirable
