As the General Manager of the Queensland Branch, you will oversee the operations of the business and ensure that the highest level of service and support is provided to our customers. Working closely with our executive team you will develop and implement strategies that will drive growth and profitability for the Queensland Branch. The Role
The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our business operations, including sales, marketing, customer service, and administration. In this role, you will work closely with the Executive Team to develop and implement strategies that will drive growth and profitability for the company.
You have the ability to identify areas for business expansion and will implement strategies to capitalize on opportunities. This role will allow you to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure customer satisfaction is at the forefront of all operations.
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the business to ensure sustainable growth and profitability
- Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to the team to ensure they achieve their targets and objectives
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders
- Analyse market trends and competition to identify opportunities and threats
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the executive team on the performance of the business.
- Identify and implement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Management, Sales or a related field is a must-have.
- Multiple years of relevant experience in a leadership role, preferably in the document management solutions industry
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving business targets and objectives
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Demonstrated experience in managing a diverse team
- Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices
