The Role

This is a rare opportunity to be a part of one of the US's leading 500 publicly listed companies. As an internal sales representative, you will be responsible for selling new service contracts into existing and new customer base.

  • Permanent, full-time role based in the modern Port Melbourne offices.
  • 8am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.
  • Identify new service leads.
  • Respond to sales enquiries from various channels.
  • Lead generation, follow ups & cold calling.
  • Building proposals / submissions to clients on service offerings.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and support through the sales process.

The Successful Applicant Should Have:

  • Minimum of 2 years of internal sales and customer service experience required.
  • Computer literate in MS Office and experience in CRM systems is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A “can-do” attitude, highly motivated and able to go above and beyond for customers.
  • Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
  • Professional manner and the ability to utilise your initiative.
