We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of full-time sales experience, but freshers with a strong desire to learn and grow are also encouraged to apply.Key Requirements:Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business or certificate course.Work Eligibility:
Right to work in Australia.Experience:
Proven work experience as a Sales Representative is preferred.Skills:Excellent knowledge of MS Office.Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices.Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.Exceptional selling, negotiation, and communication skills.Strong prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs.Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.Job Responsibilities:Make calls to mainly incoming (and when required to do outbound cold calls) enquiries to sell VEU scheme products such as air conditioning systems, hot water systems and solar PV systems.Identify customer needs and pitch relevant products to ensure a positive experience from start to finish.Perform cost-benefit analyses for existing and potential customers.Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.Analyze territory/market potential, track sales, and status reports.Stay updated with best practices and promotional trends.Continuously improve through feedback.Why Join Us?Positive Work Environment:
