About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic People & Culture Manager to play a pivotal role in enhancing the organisation's culture, developing talent, and driving a P&C strategy aligned with business objectives. This role will foster a positive, inclusive, and dynamic work environment, catering to a diverse workforce of up to 750 employees across various functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the CEO and Leadership team to support on all aspects of people, culture, and capability building.
  • Champion a new Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and initiatives that promote diversity, inclusion, and employee wellbeing.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies
  • Design and implement performance management systems, training programs, and coaching support for managers.
  • Demonstrate financial and commercial acumen, customer focus, and the ability to drive vision, purpose, and results.
About You
  • Degree in HR, Business, Law, or equivalent.
  • Extensive HR generalist experience (8+ years) within entertainment, hospitality, or tourism, with recent senior HR management roles.
  • Experience in leading Learning and Development programs, including design and delivery (highly regarded).
  • Strong Work Health & Safety focus.
