The Role

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Commercial Director (Head of Sales) to join the iMedX team based in Melbourne. Reporting to the Managing Director and a key member of the Senior Leadership team, the Commercial Director will lead and manage the commercial sales strategy for all iMedX products and services.

  • Define, develop, and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth across clinical documentation, revenue cycle, and health consulting revenue streams.
  • Identify new markets and opportunities in healthcare, and establish strategic partnerships.
  • Expand iMedX's market presence and thought leadership while fostering strong client relationships.
  • Guide, mentor, support, and grow the sales team.
  • Set and achieve budget targets for growth across the APAC region.
  • Ensure clients derive maximum value from our services.
  • Prepare and deliver sales activity presentations at SLT and broader company levels.

What You Will Bring:

  • Senior leadership experience with a proven track record in revenue growth strategy execution, people management, and financial/commercial capability.
  • Deep understanding of the HIS healthcare sector and disruptive technologies, including AI & Ambient Speech recognition, Digital Dictation, Automated Coding, and AI-augmented revenue cycle management.
  • Record of achievement in sales, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills at all organizational levels.
  • Success in setting and executing customer growth strategies in scaling/transforming businesses.
  • Proven ability to create value for customers through new and improved products and services.
  • Strong channel management and partnership development skills.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work independently and ensure the customer remains central to all activities.
  • Positive, can-do attitude with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
