Das Marketingteam von imc besteht aus "T-shaped" MarketingexpertInnen: KollegInnen mit einem breiten Wissen über verschiedene Marketingtaktiken und einem tiefgreifenden Verständnis in einem bestimmten Bereich. Als Marketing Manager (w/m/d) arbeitest du eng mit unseren Marketing- und Vertriebsteams zusammen, um einen reibungslosen Übergang von der Lead-Generierung zum Vertriebsprozess zu gewährleisten. Durch die Identifizierung und Qualifizierung von Leads trägst du maßgeblich zur Generierung hochwertiger Leads bei, die eine höhere Chance haben, in Kunden umgewandelt zu werden.

Als Marketing Manager (w/m/d) bist du Teil des globalen Marketingteams und berichtest an den Senior Manager Global Marketing.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Du bleibst bei Branchentrends auf dem Laufenden und informierst dich aktiv über Markt und Wettbewerber
  • Mit deinem ausgeprägten Verständnis für die Zielgruppe und die Produkte der imc schließt du die Lücke zwischen Marketing und Vertrieb. Durch regelmäßige Nachfassaktionen und die Bereitstellung wertvoller Informationen über Produkte oder Dienstleistungen trägst du zum Aufbau von Beziehungen und Vertrauen potenzieller Kunden bei
  • Du recherchierst Zielbranchen und sammelst Daten. Auf Basis von Kriterien entwickelst du Konzepte und Ideen und führst zielgerichtete Marketingkampagnen mit Hilfe effektiver Automatisierungsstrategien durch
  • Du entwickelst und qualifizierst Leads bis zur vollständigen Entwicklung als Verkaufschance
  • Du verwaltest Leadinformationen und erstellst regelmäßig Berichte über Lead-Generierungsaktivitäten, Konversionsraten und andere wichtige Leistungsindikatoren
  • Du arbeitest eng mit dem Content Marketing Team und dem Global Marketing Manager zusammen, um neue Möglichkeiten zur Verbesserung von Konvertierungsraten und Leadqualität zu evaluieren
Dein Profil
  • Du hast nachweisbare Erfahrung im Bereich Marketing oder Business Development oder in einer vergleichbaren Marketing- oder Sales Rolle (mind. 2-3 Jahre) – idealerweise im B2B Umfeld
  • Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Planung, Ausführung und Optimierung von Inbound Marketing- und Automatisierungsstrategien (z.B. Lead Nurturing mittels automatisierten E-Mail Sequenzen)
  • Du beherrschst gängige Marketingplattformen wie Hubspot. Kenntnisse im Umgang mit CRM-Systemen (z.B. MS Dynamics) und Sales Tool wie Zoominfo sind ein Plus
  • Du hast starke kommunikative, aber auch ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Du hast ein Gespür für Trends
    Du arbeitest gerne ergebnisorientiert. Du bist kreativ und mutig genug, neue Wege zu gehen, auch mit kleinen Mitteln eine starke Wirkung zu erzielen, freust dich über jede Conversion und begeisterst dich dafür, unsere Marke bekannter zu machen
  • Sehr gute schriftliche Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
