**About the job**

As a Global Recycling Business Development Expert, you will be reporting to the Head of Recycling Strategy & Global Management. You will be working within the Recycling team, for a growing and strategically prioritized business segment aiming at the potential reduction of CO2 emissions and material waste. You will primarily develop innovative frameworks for circular business models by taking into consideration our customers’ needs and ensuring access to competitive recycled materials at a regional level. You will work closely with internal stakeholders such as the Regional Recycling, Sales, Technical Marketing, and Pricing teams to develop and replicate successful recycling-related business cases in different regions. In this position, you will be required to travel internationally up to 20% of your time to our customers’ sites.

**In addition, your tasks will include**
- Structuring a framework for different kinds of circular business models, estimating potential benefits, and defining target customers
- Deploying the circular business models to the different regions, together with the regional recycling teams, adapting their structure to each region accordingly
- Developing business cases for relevant scenarios

**What we expect from you in terms of**

**Education & Skills**
- A bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) in Engineering or Business Administration
- Background in business, sales, or technical marketing
- Knowledge of the refractory market

**Languages**
- English - Proficient/Fluent
- Any other language is considered an asset

**Work Experience**
- Several years of relevant working experience

The annual gross salary for this position will start from € 70.000 on a full-time basis, depending on your qualification and experience, as well as the amount of overtime and your level of seniority.
