**Job Summary**

Key issues include Microsoft operating systems and Office products, System Center, MS Cloud Services and related technologies, as well as client security solutions

Conception and calculation of workplace services solutions

Responsible implementation of the conceptual solutions together with the customer

Infrastructure documentation and 3rd level support

Compliance with the Service Level Agreements according to End2End service responsibility

The training of new employees with reference to the above-mentioned Responsibilities are also part of your job

**Qualifications and Skills**

Completed technical education. Higher Technical College or equivalent professional experience

In-depth training on ICTS standards such as ITIL and ISO standards

Several years of technical work experience in the field of client products, especially in the area of Microsoft (Windows 10, Office, MS System Center)You are a typically certified expert in the field of Microsoft client technologies and have

Experience in the construction and implementation of workplace solutions in the enterprise segment

Good knowledge of scripting (Powershell, VB-Script, CommandShell)

German and English skills in spoken and written

Drivers licence class B

**Salary**: 480.00€ to 504.00€ /day
