The Strategic Client Enterprise Architect is the leader responsible for designing the strategy and architecture to drive digitalization and innovation agenda of our strategic enterprise customers and acts as the Innovation and DT Thought Leader. With deep industry knowledge, broad technology skills, connects industry/business priorities to technology strategy and develops value propositions which align with our customer’s business strategies, leveraging the rich portfolio of Microsoft and its partner ecosystem.
**Responsibilities**:
- ** Digital Transformation & Innovation Strategy**:You wil understand customer's industry and business goals, Microsoft solution areas and partner solutions to enable customer’s Digital Tranformation and Innovation agenda. You will expand Microsoft relationships with customers
- ** Technology Thought Leadership**:You will reimagine the role of technology as a business and innovation partner to drive the C-level and Technology agenda of our enterprise customers, help them understand the impact of emerging and strategic technologies and inspire & influence them for Microsoft technologies to become the main enabler of business innovation.
- ** Industry & Business Architecture**:You will create long-term strategies which links business, technology, and industry needs of our customers to enable their business and transformation strategy, based upon customer’s business, technology and industry knowledge & experience.
- ** Technology Sales Leadership**:You will lead technology sales activities to drive the digital transformation vision and roadmap of our customers with Microsoft technologies. You plan and orchestrate the solution proposal and coordinate technology sales teams to provide the right solution to the customer.
- ** Account Leadership**:You will act as a Change Agent internally and externally to inspire and ideate about possibilities new technologies provide to drive business strategy and priorities of our customers. You own and Strengthen the relations with C-level technology and innovation executives in business units.
- ** Relationship builder with key customer stakeholders**:With eg. Line-of-Business leaders, Information Technology Directors, Chief Technical Office [CTO], Chief Information Office [CIO) and technical client professionals. You will act as a trusted advisor to customer C-level stakeholders and establishe customer executive sponsor relationships.
**Qualifications**:
Strong ability to learn quickly, adapt, and master new concepts and technologies to be able to impact customer adoption and usage.
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND proven technical consulting, technical consultative selling, business consulting, practice building, or related technical/sales experience
- OR equivalent experience.
- proven experience in developing/delivering technical solutions, sales, services or program management
- Relevant experience in digital / agile transformation and using technology to drive customer business outcomes.
- Customer Obsession and record of successful customer engagements from pre-sales through delivery
- German speaking
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in consultative selling
- Understanding of major telecommunication and other industry trends and digital transformation drivers.
- Relevant experience in a technical leadership position for major cloud transformation/migration programs
- Relevant experience leading technical, support, and/or partner teams
- Spanish Speaking
