Organizational Setting
The Department of Technical Cooperation (TC) consists of the Office of the Deputy Director General, four regional Divisions (Africa, Asia and the Pacific, Europe and Latin America and the Caribbean), the Division of Programme Support and Coordination and the Division of the Programme of Action for Cancer Therapy (PACT). It provides strategic direction for the IAEA’s technical cooperation programme, and is responsible (in close collaboration with Member States) for the planning, formulation, implementation and monitoring of the programme, in line with the IAEA Medium Term Strategy.

- Maintain the configuration of active automated processes for TC project planning, implementation and reporting, leveraging new solutions against existing configurations and ensuring that all support resolutions are documented.
- Perform data quality check for TC related projects both within TC systems and the Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP). These include, among other things, taking effective measures to clean-up duplicate data contained withing TC systems and Oracle contacts online, assigning roles in supported systems as directed by the TC Regional Divisions as well as by other Departments where necessary.
- Provide support to project management activities.
- Actively participate in testing to validate that the implemented features meet requirements.
- Prepare user manuals in support of upgrades, enhancements and refresher courses, assist in delivering training to internal and external users.
