We entrust you with:

- Planning, organization and control of all work processes in the F&B outlets (restaurants, bar, in-room dining and banquet)
- Creating and updating all SOPs, policies and job descriptions
- Independent and autonomous management and control of the F&B outlets
- Ensuring excellent guest experiences with consistent quality
- Regular training of employees
- Management and motivation of employees
- Duty roster and vacation planning; time management
- Operational supervision of events and guests on site
- Coordination of orders and deliveries
- Responsibility for regular inventories
- Compliance with and monitoring of hygiene and quality regulations
- Close cooperation with the Executive Chef
- Budget responsibility and cost coordination

What we are looking for:

- Completed vocational training and several years of professional experience as F&B Manager
- Host mentality
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Good MS Office skills and knowledge of common F&B systems
- Hands-on mentality
- High quality awareness, affinity for luxury
- Good understanding of numbers
- High level of commitment and a great sense of responsibility

**About Us**:
Rosewood Vienna opened in July 2022 as the brand’s fifth property in Europe. Housed in an historic 19th century building which was the former headquarters for Erste Group Bank AG, Rosewood Vienna is ideally situated on Petersplatz, one of the most famous squares in Vienna’s Old Town. The project’s design was overseen by A2K Architects and BEHF Corporate Architects in Austria and the London-based Alexander Waterworth Interiors firm. The property features a variety of dining and entertainment options, including a rooftop bar with exceptional views of the city and an intimate restaurant in a garden setting serving European cuisine and carefully crafted beverages appealing to guests and locals alike. Rosewood Vienna also features Sense, A Rosewood Spa, which serves as a private sanctuary for relaxation away from the busy sights and sounds of the city. Additionally, the hotel includes meetings and events spaces to allow for a variety of private gatherings and conferences.
