**Your key responsibilities**
- Contribute to the development of the meat, fish, and plant-based strategy in collaboration with leaders and across TTH.
- Develop a sustainable business strategy and plan for meat and fish alternatives, aligned with plant-based, TTH Regions, and Segments strategies.
- Monitor business plan execution and take corrective actions to achieve business objectives.
- Understand and analyze customer, market, and technological trends to define a sustainable product portfolio and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with key customers and stay informed about competitive activities to offer competitive products and services.
- Drive innovation and product development for meat and fish alternatives, setting priorities to achieve business objectives and seize market opportunities.
- Manage an efficient organization, including structure, processes, systems, and culture, and lead a diverse team from various disciplines.
- Collaborate with Finance on pricing strategy, manage the yearly budget, and monitor performance indicators to facilitate timely decision-making.

**You bring**
- Significant experience in food industry, preferably meat & fish alternatives and/or plant-based, having occupied positions in Business Management and/or Technical Sales
- People Management experience is a must
- Project and Portfolio management
- Proven track record of execution excellence
- Masters Degree in Business Management, Finance, Food Science or related areas
- English fluent, any other language is a plus
