We are looking for committed and highly qualified associates (f/m/x) with a special interest in intellectual property, digital regulation and technology law to support our team in Vienna.

Your Tasks

As part of your future work with us, you will work closely with colleagues from all over the world and shape challenging IP, digital regulatory and tech issues (contentious and advisory):

- Trademark, design, patent, competition, and copyright law as well as the protection of secrets
- Advice in relation to new digital and platform regulation
- Contract law advice in the context of digitalization, new media, the internet of things and Industry 4.0
- Transaction-related and commercial IP law
- Licensing and R&D projects, e.g. in Autotech
- Consumer protection law in the digital environment

Your Profile

You will have completed your legal studies with above-average results, have excellent English and German skills, are an entrepreneurial thinker and value legal creativity. Experience abroad and previous knowledge in this area, such as by way of an LL.M., a dissertation, internships or practical experience are an asset but not a must.
