We are looking for an experienced Intellectual Property Specialist to join our team. As an expert in intellectual property law, you will play a key role in protecting and enforcing our company's rights, as well as developing strategies to monetize our portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of patent law, trademark law, and licensing agreements. You will be responsible for conducting patent searches, drafting and prosecuting patent applications, and negotiating license agreements with third parties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patent searches and analyze search results to identify potential risks and opportunities
  • Draft and prosecute patent applications to secure protection for our company's innovations
  • Negotiate license agreements with third parties to commercialize our patented technologies
  • Develop and implement strategies to monetize our intellectual property portfolio

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or scientific discipline (Chemistry, Materials Science, Physics, Ceramics, Metallurgy, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of patent law, trademark law, and licensing agreements
  • Experience in the field of intellectual property (patents, trademarks, license agreements) & patent searches
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary package starting from €55,000 on a full-time basis, depending on your qualifications and experience, as well as the amount of overtime and your level of seniority
