- Lead global sales efforts for a growing medical technology company with patented technologies
- Based at Vienna headquarters

**YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- You manage an international team of Direct Sales Executives, International Distribution Managers, and Sales Administrators.
- You ensure efficient collaboration with other departments to uphold company guidelines and policies.
- You plan and achieve expectations in forecasting, revenue, and various KPIs.
- You acquire, onboard, and support strategically important territories and local distributors.
- You plan the annual Sales and Event Budget.

**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**:

- You bring at least 10-15 years of Sales experience, with a minimum of 8 years in personnel management.
- You have a scientific education or work experience in immunology.
- You have demonstrated commitment to international Sales with successful Partner and Channel Management.
- You have an excellent command of English; proficiency in additional business languages is advantageous.
- You have the willingness to travel globally.
- You have experience with CRM tools.
- You have an open and communicative personality.
