Wien, Österreich IMS Nanofabrication Vollzeit

You provide 3rd level support for our multi beam mask writer with the focus on software issues

You become an essential part at the interface between our internal test benches, customer projects and developer groups

You analyze tool data to understand root causes of issues and gain a broad understanding of the multi beam mask writer and software architecture

You perform the analysis of error reports, document your results and present them in the team

You prepare and perform internal tests of software bug fixes to support the release of new software and become a multi-talented debugging expert

You have completed a technical or scientific degree and you are interested in continuous further development

You are structured, accurate and you have a strong analytical working approach

You want to work in a Linux-based computing environment and are familiar with the Linux command line interface

You are keen on using ticket tracking systems (Jira) and collaboration software (Confluence)

Basic programming skills, e.g. shell scripting/Python, are beneficial

You enjoy working both independently and in the team

You are resilient and confident to face challenges

You have a good command of written and spoken English and you can convey technical content clearly
