Territory Manager / Sales Representative (m/w/d) - Interventional Urology / West-Österreich (OÖ/T/VBG/STMK/KTN)

Aufgrund einer Nachbesetzung sowie des weiteren Ausbaus unseres Erfolges suchen wir eine(n) Außendienstmitarbeiter (m/w/d) in Vollzeit und unbefristet. Sie sind innerhalb unserer Business Unit Interventional Urology für die nachhaltige und eigenständige Bearbeitung Ihres Vertriebsgebietes (OÖ/T/VBG/STMK/KTN) verantwortlich, um das Erreichen Ihrer Vertriebsziele sowie unser stetiges Wachstum sicherzustellen.

**Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören**:
Ausbau eines umfangreichen Produktportfolios im Zuständigkeitsgebiet, Pflege der bestehenden und Gewinnung von Neukunden in der Urologie, Gynäkologie und in relevanten Implantationszentren.
Umsetzung der aktuellen Verkaufs
- und Marktstrategien und entsprechenden Aktivitäten
Umsatz-, Aktivitäten
- und Kostenplanung für A-, B- und C-Kunden
Entwicklung von Kundenbeziehungen zu den relevanten Entscheidergruppen durch regelmäßige Interaktion, geplante Aktivitäten, Industrieveranstaltungen und persönliche Kommunikation
Beratung und Betreuung der Kunden in Produkt
- und Therapiefragen.
Analyse der Verkaufskennzahlen zur Ableitung entsprechender Maßnahmen mit dem Ziel direkt zu unserem Wachstum beizutragen
Regelmäßige Aktualisierung der Wettbewerbs
- und Potenzialanalyse sowie der Kundenklassifizierung.
Support unserer Kunden im OP mit entsprechendem Fachwissen
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Regional Verkaufsleiter und dem Key-Account-Management

**Administration (teilweise im Homeoffice)**: Tourenplanung, tagesaktuelle Dokumentation im CRM- Reporting, Produktreklamationen & Retourenabwicklung,

**Fachliches und persönliches Anforderungsprofil**:
Abgeschlossenes Studium, kaufmännische Ausbildung oder abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung (idealerweise im OP- oder Pflegebereich mit entsprechenden kaufmännischen Zusatzqualifikationen wäre ein Vorteil)
Berufserfahrung von erklärungsbedürftigen medizinischen Produkten
Vorhandenes Produktwissen in der Urologie ist von Vorteil bzw. hohe Lernbereitschaft für medizinische Behandlungsmethoden und Produkte sind notwendig
Kundenorientierte, gewinnende Persönlichkeit mit positiver Ausstrahlung
Gutes Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge und hohes analytisches Denkvermögen, resultat
- und verkaufsorientiert
gute MS Office-Anwenderkenntnisse inkl. CRM

**Sprachen**: Deutsch fließend sowie gute Englisch-Kenntnisse
kollektivvertragliches Mindestgehalt von mtl. EUR 2.431;
- brutto (auf Vollzeitbasis), mit der Bereitschaft zur deutlichen Überzahlung bei entsprechender Qualifikation
