**Collateral Manager & Credit Controller (f/m/x) - GCMCC1**:

- In Group Collateral Management and HO Credit Control (GCMCC) we are responsible for Credit Control and Collateral Valuation for Corporate and Financial Institutions (FI) customers in the Head Office (HO). Furthermore, we oversee and support our Network Units (NWUs) in all topics concerning Collateral Valuation and Management. The GCMCC1 team is covering the following RBI HO Departments: Corporate Customers, Credit Office, Asset Based Finance, Export & Investment Finance, Trade Finance (Guarantees), Cash Management and SEM.
- Would you like to analyze transactions by covering credit control and collateral management activities among others for Project and Structured Finance as well as Leveraged and Acquisition Finance business in the HO, together with colleagues and on your own? Are you interested in legal aspects of collateral management as well as evaluating and assessing Projects? Will you provide well-argued input to the risk decision making process? Then you are likely the one we are looking for to join us.**What you can expect**:

- Checking credit limits before activation and disbursement including relevant documentation for Head Office customers with a focus on Project and Structured Finance as well as Leveraged and Acquisition Finance; this includes also to carry out checks to determine if the required data is properly presented in diverse RBI Systems
- Assessing and reviewing the economic and legal evaluation of collaterals
- Close cooperation and alignment with our internal stakeholders; e.g. product, account and risk managers
- Supporting and guiding our NWUs Collateral Managers

**What you bring to the table**:

- University degree preferably in Law or Business Studies or a business-related education with relevant business experience
- Skills and interest in combining legal aspects concerning collateral and loan documentation and the relevant bank internal and supervisory/regulatory framework
- Experience in loan administration and/or documentation including loans, facility agreements, collateral, legal opinions, due diligence reports, etc. and curiosity to learn about and dive deep into project finance products
- Analytic, pragmatic and solution/result-driven approach
- Affinity for working with IT tools and programs, especially core-banking systems and excel
- Advanced communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills including arguing forcefully and in a respectful manner and defending your position in a professional manner
- Excellent command of English and German; knowledge of a CEE languages is an advantage
