We are still growing and our Markets & IT Group Delivery Center is looking for:
**DELIVERY LEAD**:
**Work place**:Warsaw - we mainly work from home.

**What is the role**:

- Conducting internal meetings within the entire solution around multiple-project execution through Agile methodology artifacts and for more general, multi-project tracking purposes.
- Maintaining a high-level, cross-functional plan (Master Schedule).
- Identify and drive countermeasures in instances when project plan is overdue or exceeding budget.
- Fostering an open and collaborative environment by providing clear, concise, transparent, and insightful communication to the team, executives, and a diverse set of stakeholders.
- Act as a project manager, supervise respective vendors and project team members without a formal line management authority.
- Helping to create impressive solutions while maintaining our business and engineering balance
- Supporting Implementation Teams, Delivery Manager, PO by coordinating all formal processes.

**What you bring to the table**:

- Bachelor’s degree or Master Degree in Engineering, Management or related field.
- **3 years’ experience with Agile development practices with a proven track record of project management in Agile.**:

- **Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams, demonstrated critical thinking, and thought leadership.**:

- Organizational and coordination skills along with multi-tasking ability to get things done in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build relationships and influence, as well as to communicate effectively cross-functionally
- Self-driven, team-oriented work style and analytical skills with proven expertise in problem-solving and innovation.
- Excellent project management, execution, and planning skills.
- Analytical mindset.
- Good knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.
- **Proficient in English.**
