Director of Customer Success

**Your Responsibilities**:
Our customers are the lifeblood of our business - so we need a safe pair of hands to look after them. As Meister’s Director of Customer Success, you will lead our Success, Support and Community teams in Austria and the US, creating new processes that refine customer experience and optimize each user’s journey.

- **7+ years’ experience. **Your track record in Customer Success and/or customer facing roles speaks for itself - ideally in a growing international SaaS company, at Head Of level or above.
- ** Results-driven.** You can manage a book of business - and you’ve got the record of successful forecasting & quota attainment to back it up. Your consistent results embody high performance, because you constantly challenge yourself and others to improve.

- ** Tool/Software knowledge.** You have extensive knowledge of CRM tools and a solid understanding of industry standards.
- ** Customer Success +. **In addition to your expertise in Customer Success, you know the ropes in 1st & 3rd Level Support, as well as Community Management.
- ** Communication skills. **You can get your point across, expressing yourself clearly and eloquently in business and technical contexts.
- ** Detail-oriented.** Your keen eye for detail means you can identify areas of opportunity that few others see.
