Through the use of APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) we are on a mission to introduce new innovative solutions to our end customers and enable trusted third parties to act as distribution channels for our solutions. In doing so, we are exploring new business models for the bank and laying the groundwork for what we believe the bank of the future will look like.

- Be part of an exciting and international team on a transformational topic for one of the leading banks in the CEE region
- Lead research of our competition, understanding the capabilities they have on offer and identify strategic advantages
- Assist in co-ordination of vendor selection by facilitating meetings with stakeholders and providing summaries
- Close cooperation with various business departments and counterparties from different countries in the CEE region
- Participation in use case analysis and strategy shaping for the associated business/product owners
- Mentoring by seasoned colleagues in the exciting areas of Open Banking, Banking-as-a-Service, and Embedded Finance
**What you bring to the table**:
- You are an active student with a focus on business/management related studies
- You have a basic understanding of APIs
- A self-starter who can navigate themselves through the unknown by doing their own research into best practices and bank processes
- You have a passion for working with data, have a structured way of thinking, possess strong analytical skills and are results oriented
- Excellent written and verbal English skills, proficiency in German or another CEE language is a plus
- Ideally you have some experience with market research and strategy planning
