**Our business**

**Your role**:

- You provide Senior Management with reliable data and analyses on HSSE Performance and monitor according the set targets and benchmarks.
- You advice on all strategic matters concerning Performance Monitoring and Management.
- You act as the leading authority and be responsible for providing guidance and solutions on this complex functional issues at global level, which involves the cooperation and supervision of other professional and support staff on functional lines.
- You provide OMV Group’s top line management with the expertise, support and guidance in the areas of implementation and execution of HSSE Performance.
- You provide a consistent approach to managing HSSE Communication System from a corporate perspective.
- You develop and implement HSSE tools to enable the implementation of the Strategic HSSE Initiatives.

**Your profile**:

- You have a Master's Degree in Engineering, Business or HSSE
- You have minimum 12 years of relevant professional experience
- You are able to complete highly complex assignments, tasks and projects with perfection and quality.- You pro-actively identifies and recommends strategic and operational areas of improvement throughout the overall organization.
- You have excellent understanding of the complex drivers and business issues of the international petroleum and chemical industry.
- You have excellent English language Skills
