**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Fachlicher Team Lead für sämtliche Reporting
- und Daten-Lieferungen unseres individuellen Reporting Services
- Wissen und verstehen der im DWH gespeicherten Dateninhalte und Prozesse um die benötigten Ergebnisse entsprechend selbst zu entwickeln und anzubieten
- Präsentation und Verkauf unseres Services bei unseren KundInnen und Kunden und etablieren des Teams als besten Partner für sämtliche individuelle Datenbedürfnisse
- Arbeiten an kontinuierlichen Verbesserungen, aktiv Maßnahmen zur Steigerung der Servicequalität vorschlagen und die laufende strategische Weiterentwicklung unseres Service

**Dein Background**:

- Eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Uni) und mehrjährige praktische Erfahrungen im Management und Support von BI und Reporting Services
- Kenntnisse und gutes Knowhow über relationale Datenbanken insbesondere SQL
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und eine Affinität zu Daten und Zahlen
- Aufgeschlossen gegenüber Menschen und Ideen und Freude an wechselnden Aufgaben und Arbeitsumgebungen
- Hohe Lernbereitschaft und Teamplayer Qualitäten
- Sehr gute Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie die Fähigkeit zur Kommunikation mit KundInnen und Kunden und dem Management
