We are looking for a _**_highly motivated Laboratory Manager_**_ to join our growing Laboratory operations team in Vienna. As a Laboratory Manager you will _**_work closely with laboratory scientists and quality management_**_ and be _**_responsible for maintaining and creating an efficient, effective and safe lab environment. _**_You will be an integral member of a world class team, directly helping facilitate research that investigates cutting-edge molecular entities that are being developed for treating multiple indications._

**As the **Laboratory Manager** you will be responsible for**:

- _Provide support to the scientists_
- _Day-to-day problem solving_
- Implement and optimise in-house processes
- _Confirm quality of incoming reagents and consumables e.g. validation of antibodies_
- Organise, take part or give task related trainings
- _Assist in supply and inventory tracking, including incoming control for lab supplies_

**Requirements**:

- _Completed HTL (Höhere technische Lehranstalt), education as MTA or BMA (or equivalent) or a Bachelor degree in the field of Life Science_
- _Prior work experience in an industrial, hospital or research laboratory in the field of life sciences_
- _Experience in laboratory management_
- _Hands-on experience in a laboratory is a must_
- _Advanced organisational skills, great attention to detail with an ability to tackle multiple projects efficiently_
- _Excellent written and spoken English skills; good written and spoken German language skills would be a plus_
