**QPS Clinical Services GmbH **is an internationally successful contract research organization in the preclinical and clinical area. The Clinical Research Division handles clinical studies of phases I to IV in all indications. At our location in Graz we are looking for an:
**Information Technology Support (m/w)**

**Fulltime (40 Hours/Week)**

You will be supporting colleagues in the operative departments in the implementation and development of new therapeutic approaches in the field of neurodegenerative diseases.

**Your Main Areas of Responsibility**:

- First Level support
- Resolve connectivity issues (printers, laptop and desktops etc.)
- Keep devices operative: PCs, Laptops, cell phones
- Provide IT support to staff (troubleshooting, support with password issues)

Etc.
- Support and advice in the selection and implementation of software solutions to increase efficiency in the operational departments
- Participate on all hardware and software evaluations, negotiation and purchasing.
- Setup new devices (PCs, Laptops, cell phones)
- Central contact for executives in all IT desktop/laptop support
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the IT systems
- Oversee Inventory of used and unused IT equipment

**Your Profile**:

- Completed IT-specific training (apprenticeship, HTL, FH / Uni)
- Some experience in operational IT
- Knowledge of hardware and software, preferably in Windows environments
- Experience in the administration and implementation of software packages
- Experience in the integration of various complex networking systems
- Accurate and responsible way of working
- Interdisciplinary teamwork and leadership experience
- Good knowledge of German and English
- Desirable: Regulated industry experience, e.g., GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), GLP (Good Laboratory Practice), 21 CFR (Code of Federal Regulations) Part 11

For this position, based on full-time employment (40 hours per week), the gross monthly salary according to the collective agreement is at least EUR 2.000;
