Please note: This is a part-time opportunity for 30 hours per week, on a 1 year fixed term contract. Minimum sallary for this role (based on a 38,5 hour work week) is €36,200.

**Role Summary**:
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Forwarding of those requests to the respective colleagues and departments in Health Insurance System and Logistics & Billing.
- Daily phone service.
- Support of Health Insurance Team concerning re-submissions by respective insurance companies.
- Support of Logistics Team concerning organization and transfer of new-patient’s data for responsible Sales Representatives as well as order management.
- Procedure of re-orders in compliance to contracts with insurance companies.

**Required Qualifications**:

- German & English language
- General IT knowledge
- Team-Spirit, Customer-Orientation, Reliability
- Co-Work with whole Inside Sales Team while being in responsibility for Customer Service Department.
- Understanding of needs and problems of patients and customers.
- Time-Management, Priority-Setting, Willingness to learn.
