Du bist einer der Gründe, warum unsere Kunden gerne wiederkommen. Was du mitbringst, ist das entscheidende Gespür für die Wünsche der Kunden. Dazu ein freundliches Wesen und eine große Portion Gelassenheit. Ganz gleich, wie turbulent es manchmal zugehen kann, du behältst immer einen kühlen Kopf. Du stehst den Kunden beratend zur Seite und begegnest ihnen immer mit einem freundlichen Lächeln in der Stimme. Du hast Lust darauf, Verantwortung in deinem Team zu übernehmen, das IKEA Konzept mit Leben zu füllen und gemeinsam mit uns immer besser zu werden.

**Deine Aufgaben**:
- Du bearbeitest einfache Kundenanfragen auf allen Kanälen kompetent und freundlich
- Du stellst unseren Kunden Produkt
- und Serviceinformationen zur Verfügung
- Zuhören ist deine Stärke: Du gibst den Kunden die Möglichkeit, ihr Anliegen mitzuteilen und reagierst professionell und einfühlsam
- Service ist für dich Aktualität: Du bleibst immer auf dem neuesten Stand und kennst jedes Produktmerkmal.
