You are a team player and want to help scale a fast-growing Austrian start-up at close range? You are interested in digital business models and have an affinity for online marketing/e-commerce? Then boomerank is the right place for you Together we are revolutionizing the online marketing market with our proprietary AI-based software, giving our customers (online stores) an effective tool to succeed in the digital world. You will be able to work flexibly either from our office or from home if desired. The position is remunerated with a target gross annual salary package starting at 46,000€ with appropriate qualifications.

Tasks
- As People & Culture Manager, your responsibilities include overseeing the recruiting process from job posting to onboarding and being a core resource in the development of the overall hiring plan
- Responsibility for the development and optimization of the recruiting and onboarding process
- Elaboration of employee development measures and establishment of a performance management system
- Definition and implementation of employer branding and culture measures

**Requirements**:

- Completed university studies at a renowned university/FH with above-average academic achievements and a focus on business, psychology or similar
- Passion for "people operations" in an agile environment and a rapidly growing organization
- High level of commitment, ability to self-reflect and an independent, proactive work style
- Great intuition for talents that will fit into an ambitious startup
- Experience and interest in employer branding activities
- Experience in tech recruiting or online marketing is a plus
