Dann werde Teil unseres Teams als Junior Advisor for Renewable Energy Solutions In dieser Schlüsselrolle bist du der/die erste Ansprechpartner: in für interessierte Kunden, die sich über unsere Website für eine Umstellung von fossilen Heizsystemen auf moderne und nachhaltige Systeme registrieren. Deine Aufgabe besteht darin, Kunden professionell vorzuqualifizieren und ihre Bedürfnisse zu analysieren. Dadurch leistest du einen entscheidenden Beitrag, indem du die Weichen für eine passgenaue Weiterbearbeitung im Unternehmen stellst.
Aufgaben
- Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen, die über unsere Website eingehen.
- Telefonische oder schriftliche Kontaktaufnahme, um Kundenwünsche und -bedürfnisse zu analysieren.
- Kategorisierung und Bewertung der Kundenanfragen nach festgelegten Kriterien.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Teams in Beratung, Vertrieb und Technik, um den Übergangsprozess für Kunden effizient zu gestalten.
- Dokumentation der Kundeninteraktionen in unserem CRM-System.

Qualifikation
- Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Umgang mit Kunden.
- Einfühlungsvermögen und die Fähigkeit, Kundenbedürfnisse präzise zu erfassen.
- Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
- Interesse an nachhaltigen Energielösungen und innovativen Technologien.
- Erfahrung im Kundenkontakt ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss.
