**Job Description Summary**: Der Hub Leader leitet das Onshore Wind Hub Austria und das Team der Servicetechniker mit dem Fokus auf Störungssuche und Erfüllung von vertraglichen Verpflichtungen. Diese strategisch wichtige Position ist verantwortlich die operativen Leistungen zu optimieren sowie die Kostenkontrolle und Arbeitssicherheit zu gewährleisten.

**Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten**:

- Förderung der Sicherheitskultur am Standort, einschließlich Vertragspartner und Kunden
- Förderung der Betriebssicherheit gemäß den gesetzlichen Anforderungen von GE und dem jeweiligen Land
- Personalverantwortung für die Servicetechniker
- Teammanagement, Coaching und Entwicklung des Teams
- Planung, Organisation, Koordinierung, Ausführung und Kontrolle der Aktivitäten im Aufgabenbereich sowie Förderung von Produktivitätsverbesserungen
- Tägliche Entsendung von Teams zu den Windkraftanlagen zur Fehlerbehebung
- Organisation der nicht zum Kerngeschäft gehörenden Aktivitäten (proaktive Einsätze und Nachrüstungen), soweit möglich in Kombination mit Fehlerbehebungsaktivitäten.
- Kundenschnittstelle für Aktivitäten im Zuständigkeitsbereich. Tägliche Bearbeitung von allgemeinen Kundenanfragen.
- Interne Schnittstelle mit anderen Abteilungen (FPM, Ersatzteillogistik, MCUs, Rotorblättern und geplanter Wartung), um eine hohe Verfügbarkeit der Windkraftanlagen und Aufgabenbündelung sicherzustellen.
- Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Abteilungen wie Vertrieb, kaufmännischem Betrieb, Beschaffung, Finanzen und Personalwesen, um die zu erbringenden Ergebnisse zu erzielen.
- Umsetzung der Aufgaben zum Erreichen der Kernziele

**Erforderliche Qualifikationen**:

- Ausgeprägter Fokus auf Qualität
- und Arbeitssicherheit
- Bachelor-Abschluss in einem betriebswirtschaftlichen oder elektrotechnischen Bereich ODER umfangreiche Erfahrung im Außendienst, kombiniert mit einer Ausbildung in einem betriebswirtschaftlichen oder elektrotechnischen Bereich
- Umfangreiche technische Erfahrung oder Erfahrung im Servicegeschäft
- Solide Fähigkeiten im Prozess
- und Programmmanagement
- Strategische Denkweise und analytische Fähigkeiten
- Fähigkeit funktionsübergreifend effektiv zu arbeiten und sich in einer Matrixumgebung zurechtzufinden
- Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, Beziehungen aufzubauen und Stakeholder dazu zu bewegen, Unterstützer zu werden
- Kundenorientierung

- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse

Das KV-Mindestgehalt für diese Vollzeitbeschäftigung beträgt € 4 301,27 brutto.
