Unterstützung des Teams bei der Implementierung und Durchführung von Prozess
- und Qualitätsmanagement sowie dem Erstellen von Analysen und Auswertungen im Sinne der F&B Onboard Hospitality Entwicklung
Mitarbeit in abteilungsinternen Steuerungseinheiten und Arbeitsgruppen
Umsetzung von Modellen, Plänen und Projekten aus dem eigenen Bereich und der Lufthansa Gruppe zur Weiterentwicklung des Hospitality Erlebnisses unserer Gäste an Bord wie zB. der Vorbestellung oder Vorauswahl von Speisen (Preorder/Preselect)
Erstellen von Strategiepräsentationen, Business Cases und Entscheidungsvorlagen für das Management
Internes und Lufthansa Gruppenweites Schnittstellen Management

Voraussetzungen
Hochschulabschluss im Bereich Wirtschaft, Produkt
- oder Projekt Management und entsprechende mehrjährige Berufserfahrung oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung und mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung
Erfahrung in Projektmanagement, Recherchetätigkeiten und Durchführung von Benchmarks
Versierter Umgang mit MS Office Tools (insbesondere Power Point & Excel)
Know How agiler Methoden wie Scrum, Design Thinking und Service Design
