**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**:
We’re looking for a goal-driven communicator to join our marketing team and help provide new UGC content to fuel our advertising campaigns across Europe, the US, and Australia.

Join a successful Austrian scale-up that has built one of the world’s most downloaded printing apps, allowing customers to create beautiful photo books and other print products with zero effort Using AI, we automatically create personalised designs based on the content our users want to print.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- Working closely with the marketing team, you’ll understand and meet our advertising needs by establishing partnerships with UGC creators across a number of key markets such as the US, Germany, and France
- Think like a user and understand our target audience in order to select fitting UGC creators
- Negotiate rates, set up contracts with creators and manage invoices
- Manage the feedback loop with partners to ensure we get quality and appropriate content
- Additionally, you’ll help edit photo books from within our community for marketing use

- Available for 20 hours per week
- Demonstrable interest in digital marketing, social media, influencer marketing, and user-generated content
- You’re drowning in common sense and have the confidence to act on it

**NICE TO HAVE**:

- Previous experience in advertising and/or in start-ups
- Multiple languages are always useful, especially in an international team such as ours and which operates across Europe, the US, and Australia.
