Customer Success Manager for Technical Support

**Experience requirements**:Initial experience in technical support, sales or similar areas is an advantage
**Gross salary range**:30k-49k/Year (depending on experience & qualification)
**Employment type**:full time according to local labor law, no freelancing

**The Role**: As a Customer Success Manager at fiskaly, you are not only the first point of contact for technical questions from our customers, you are also solution-oriented and eager to learn. You answer support tickets, reproduce errors and create helpful guides and FAQ articles. You will take part in technical kick-off calls and immerse yourself in a working environment that combines daily learning with fun and adventure.

**Your Responsibilities**
- **Main interface**:You will learn to act as a bridge between our customers and the Sales and Development Teams. Your influence is crucial to our success
- **Technical expertise**: You will regularly analyze and communicate specific technical requests from our customers. Besides others, a typical task for you will be to create documentation materials together with your team colleagues
- **Development and specialization**:While you help shaping our self-service solution and document customer-specific requests, you will have the opportunity to develop according to your interests and strengths
