Business Development Specialist

- ** Nurture Relationships**: Establish trust and maintain professional communication with potential clients, following up to ensure lasting connections.
- ** Collaborate for Success**:Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead transitions and maximize conversion opportunities.
- ** Leverage Technology**:Utilize CRM and marketing automation systems to track, analyze, and manage customer interactions.
**Exceed Targets**:Meet and surpass goals for call volumes, qualified leads, and closed deals, contributing directly to the company's success.
**Your profile**:
- Several years of professional experience in** cold calling **or sales, preferably in Switzerland
- Excellent communication skills in the relevant languages: Swiss German, German, and English
- Understanding of **IT** and technical products to effectively identify and address the needs of potential **B2B** customers
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
- Independent and motivated work ethic
- Experience in working with CRM systems
