At Procter & Gamble, we are seeking a highly motivated and driven Business Development Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales function, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue.

Job Description

This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects from Day 1, with a focus on creating new ideas to implement product and promotion initiatives at the point of sale. You will analyze sell-out and shopper data to identify sales potential and derive fundamental insights to sustainably grow the category and our brands.

In addition, you will engage with internal stakeholders from all functions, including Marketing, Finance, and Product Supply, to expand your knowledge, meet customer requirements, and achieve project objectives. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills, drive for leadership, and passion for sales will be essential in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • You are a bachelor or master student with a minimum of 2 semesters of studies completed and strong academic results.
  • You are available for a duration of 3-6 months.
  • You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a drive for leadership, and a passion for sales.
  • You work effectively with diverse groups of people by embracing creativity, innovation, and initiative.
  • You are familiar with the DACH market and its retail landscape.
  • You can communicate proficiently in English and German (written and spoken).
