**Your personal sphere of influence**:
The advertised position is located in the field of School Pedagogy with Particular Emphasis on Social, Cultural and Linguistic Diversity. As a university assistant prae doc, you will complement the research team around Prof. Susanne Schwab.

**Your future tasks**:
You actively participate in research, teaching & administration, which means:

- You are developing and strengthening an independent research profile.
- You are involved in research projects and scientific studies.
- You work on your dissertation and its completion.
- You hold courses independently within the scope of the provisions of the collective bargaining agreement.
- You supervise students.
- You participate in evaluation and quality assurance measures.
- You take on administrative tasks in research, teaching and administration.

**This is part of your personality**:

- Completed Master's degree or Diploma, in the field of Educational Sciences and/or Teacher Training
- Basic experience in academic writing
- Good knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods as well as experience with systematic reviews
- Experience in publishing academic articles
- Excellent command of written and spoken German as well as English
- IT user skills
- Ability to work in a team

Desireable knowledge
- Knowledge of university processes and structures
- Didactic competences
- Experience in international presentations
- Experience abroad
- Experience in international research projects
