**Your personal sphere of influence**:
The University of Vienna (20 faculties and centres, 184 fields of study, approx. 10.400 members of staff, about 90.000 students) seeks to fill the position as soon as possible of a University Assistant (prae doc), for a limited period of 6 months at the Research Group Workflow Systems and Technology at the Faculty of Computer Science, University of Vienna under the supervision of ao. Univ.Prof. tit. Univ.Prof. Dipl.Ing. Dr. Erich Schikuta.

**Your future tasks**:
Participation in research, teaching and administration:

- Participation in research projects/research studies
- Participation in publications/academic articles/presentations
- Participation in teaching and independent teaching of courses as defined by the collective agreement
- Supervision of students
- Involvement in the organisation of meetings, conferences, symposiums
- Involvement in the department administration as well as in teaching and research administration
- The research should focus on Decision Mining in Process-Aware-Information-Systems

**This is part of your personality**:

- Master's degree or Diploma in Computer Science
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Teaching experience
- Experience in research methods and academic writing
- Experience in publishing in peer-reviewed publication media (i.e. journals and conferences)
- Experiences in presenting at conferences

Desirable qualifications are
- Knowledge of university processes and structures
- Knowledge of Process-Aware-Information-Systems
- Background in Process Mining
- Experience with tools such as ProM or Py4PM
