**Your challenge****:
- Proactive and efficient support of team members in the development and epansion of our business with discerning wealthy private clients
- Independent and proactive handling of day-to-day business including preparation and follow-up of client and acquisition appointments
- Independent client interaction (pending case management, correspondence, account opening, compliance, etc.)
- Efficient order acceptance and processing in the areas of securities, foreign echange, derivatives and payment transactions
- Taking responsibility for organisational and administrative tasks to relieve the Relationship Managers (office management: agenda management, presentations, correspondence)
- Collaboration in the organisation and preparation of client events (invitation process) in cooperation with Marketing as well as selective participation in representative events together with the Relationship Manager
- Optional opportunity to work on internal projects
**Your profile****:
- Education with commercial background (HAK/AHS-Matura; A-level) E
- perience as an Assistant Relationship Manager in a bank is an advantage, as well as knowledge of securities
- High motivation, accurate and structured work, discretion as well as strong communication skills E
- cellent knowledge of Russian, English and German language
- Pleasure and willingness to develop professionally and personally in a performance-oriented company
- Ability to work in a team and customer orientation
