We are looking for a **Senior Accountant (M/F/d) **for the **Head Office **in Vienna to ensure timely, accurate and relevant information is provided to our internal customers, in a structured way. This includes to ensure that high quality financial data is available for optimal decision making (for example for product costs, distribution costs, fixed costs including allocations, project costs) and to execute month end closing steps completely and correctly. You will drive for compliance, consistency and optimal service to our internal customers, by implementing best practices and standard ways of working across locations. Additionally, you will act as a back-up for the GL Accounting Team.

Your responsibilities include also:

- to perform necessary reconciliations and analyses to ensure data consistency and reliability, thereby providing a solid base for decision making.
- to prepare and execute costing run, putting updated product cost estimates in place for next month’s profitability reporting.
- to analyse product cost estimates (quantities and unit costs) and adjust activity type prices (unit costs of resources) to have correct standard cost in place for all products
- to execute monthly closing procedures in business accounting (internal sales postings, FIFO valuation and cost centre assessments)
- support the preparation of the annual report and quarterly reports for the group.
- calculate, create and enter bookings into SAP.
- prepare and present ad hoc analysis and studies for management decisions.
