Your team and your responsibilities:
**Team description**

Out of our local depot, Toyota Logistics Services Austria, based in Bruck an der Leitha, we are serving not only towards all Toyota and Lexus dealers of Austria, but also towards Romania, Hungary and Adria.In order to strengthen our team in Austria, we are looking for a committed and motivated Specialist for Customer Support and Traffic & Customs.

**Your responsibilities**
- Handling of dealer claims and support to dealers/distributors for inquiries concerning parts and accessories.
- Day to day management of deliveries to dealers together with the transport company to ensure timely departure and arrival of trucks and sufficient transport capacity.
- Preparation of transport documents and customs documentation in line with existing legal framework and requirements of different countries supplied out of the depot.
- Report & follow up quality results on daily, monthly, yearly base.
- Lead the continuous improvement of parts and accessory deliveries to the dealers in line with the agreed targets.
- Carry out root-cause analysis and implementation of countermeasures to improve quality and delivery in strong collaboration with the warehouse and the forwarder.
- Foster customer first environment.
- Close cooperation and communication with customer service and transport department in Toyota Parts Centre Europe.
- Proactive communication with other regional depots to study and understand best practices and trigger the implementation in own work environment

Your Profile:

- You are fluent in English (TME’s business language)
- You have experience in customer service and transport organisation incl. customs
- You have excellent communication skills and can lead meetings and presentations
- You are very good at dealing with challenging situations and have good motivational skills and a positive mood
- You have good leadership skills and empathy
- You have good time management skills and are able to manage other people's time accordingly
- Safety Must and Customer First approach
- You know the key principles of Toyota (Toyota Way, TPS)
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
