**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du bist für die Verwaltung von Finanzierungen verantwortlich, die aus dem Verkauf von Fahrzeugen aus unserem AUTOHERO-Geschäftsbereich resultieren.
- Du erstellst Finanzierungsangebote, führst Kreditwürdigkeitsprüfungen durch bist im Austausch mit diversen Stakeholdern, um einen reibungslosen Finanzierungsprozess zu gewähren
- Du bietest telefonische Unterstützung für Kunden in Bezug auf alle Aspekte im Zusammenhang mit der Finanzierung ihres Fahrzeugs
- Du übernimmst diverse administrative Aufgaben und sorgst für eine regelmäßige Datenpflege.

**Dein Profil**:

- Idealerweise verfügst du über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung - erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Finanzierungen, Versicherungen und Kunden sind von Vorteil.
- Freude am Kundenservice, kommunikative Fähigkeiten, selbstständiges Arbeiten sowie eine teamorientierte und positive Grundeinstellung zeichnen dich aus
- Komplexe Themen bereiten dir keine Schwierigkeiten und du scheust dich nicht vor neuen Herausforderungen
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, sowie fundierte Englischkenntnisse (B1) - weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
