Key Account Manager Osteoporosis Austria

We are looking for a **Key Account Manager Osteoporosis** who is organized, resilient and proactive to join us in our local commercial operations team. This position is field-based and will cover **Austria**.
**About the role**
As **Key Account Manager Osteoporosis **you inform office
- and hospital-based health care professionals (HCPs) with positivity and engagement about the benefits of our innovative and newly launched product and establish impactful projects for our solutions and therapy approaches.

- And are responsible for the assigned target groups of specialists in the territory (office
- and hospital-based Osteoporosis treating HCPs (primarily Rheumatologists, Orthopedists/Traumatologist & Gynecologists) and other relevant account stakeholders).
- Proactively initiate, organize, and implement educational events in cooperation with the Medical Science Liaison (MSL) and internal stakeholders.
**What you’ll do**
- Building and strengthening mutually beneficial and sustainable customer relationships and ensure that the strategic and tactical objectives within your territory are met.
- Cross functional collaboration & account planning: Work closely with internal teams to develop & align field force strategies and activities to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Ensuring the implementation of defined activities in accordance with strategic account plans.
- Using multiple communication channels (face to face & digital) to contact health care specialists.
- Establishing UCB as valued partner in the Osteoporosis area in close collaboration with Medical Science Liaison (MSL).
- Overseeing the periodical reporting for the First Line Manager and documentation in the CRM system.
**Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills**
- You have passed a medical, paramedical, pharmaceutical, or scientific education.
- You have a minimum of 3 years of sales experience within the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in immunology and/or osteoporosis.
- Experience and relationships in rheumatology/orthopedy/gynecology will be a plus.
- You have a proven expertise in strategic account planning.
- You are a team player and appreciate working in cross-functional teams.
- German is your mother tongue. Fluency in English is an asset.
