Digital Lending Strategist (all genders)

As our Digital Lending Strategist (M/F/d), you'll be at the forefront of shaping our innovation culture and digital transformation.

We are searching for a forward-thinking Digital Lending Strategist (M/F/d), who can develop and execute strategic roadmaps to ensure our organization stays ahead in the digital landscape. **Key Responsibilities**:

- As part of the consistent implementation of our digitization strategy you explore, evaluate and implement new technologies and actively seek opportunities to digitize and automate our credit risk and lending processes
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, account managers, risk managers and operations, to drive digital initiatives and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation
- As a creative problem solver with a deep understanding of digital trends you understand, analyze and prioritize technical requirements for our credit risk systems and tools and promote their implementation

- You lead group-wide projects in the credit risk area

**Required Competencies**:

- Ability to think strategically, understand our goals and market dynamics and translate them into actionable digital strategies and initiatives
- Profound experience in digitalization/automatization of processes and/or experience in banking business with focus on credit risk
- Strong analytical skills to gather and interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions that optimize processes, improve performance, and drive innovation
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate new ideas that drive digital transformation and business growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to effectively convey complex digital concepts, build relationships, and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization, as well as excellent German and English language skills (written, verbal)
