**SMEs Lending Country Manager (f/m/x)**:

- In your role as Lending Country Manager, you contribute to re-shaping the lending landscape across RBI markets with focus on the SMEs segment. As part of the Lending Product Management Team, your main goal is to bring retail lending to the next stage resulting in increased profitability, operational efficiency and superior customer experience. An important pillar is to support the digital transformation and the development and deployment to the markets of competitive digital lending products reusable across multiple countries. You cooperate with RBI Network Units (NWUs) and various other stakeholders like credit risk colleagues, digital projects Product Owners, CRM etc. In this exciting position you report to the Head of International Lending Product Management.#full time

**Your mission at RBI**:

- SME lending product expert (working capital, investment loans etc.) and single point of contact for NWUs regarding SMEs lending product management (e.g., develop country-specific lending activities, strategies to meet budget and increase lending profitability)
- Drive the Group major lending strategic initiatives and ensure alignment internally and across the NWUs.
- Continuous improvement and development for all lending products, related lending processes and innovative solutions to improve client journeys, with focus on digitalization and reusable solutions across multiple countries.
- Review and challenge Credit Product Programs/ Change requests together with Int. Retail Risk Management and work with local product teams to modify the product offers as deemed necessary.
- Search for international best-practices & key banking trends; share & distribute innovations in the area of product management with focus on enhancing digitalization. Replicate successful models across NWUs.

***Your core competencies**:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Financial Services Industry/ Retail Banking or Consultancy managing lending projects (SMEs & Private individuals)
- Deep knowledge of SMEs Lending products, P&L management and distribution channels for loans, especially digital channels. Knowledge on Private individuals Lending products is a plus
- Broad analytical skills, experience to work with data in order to draw conclusions and make recommendations
- Strong communication and presentations skills
