Are you tech-savvy and do you love tinkering? Do you want to make the world a little greener? Become a **Country Operations Manager** as a new member of our Go Sharing Vienna office.

**Who Are you?
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience,
- Having a minimum 7 years of operation management experience in preferably E-Commerce, FMCG and Retail sectors,
- Team management experience,
- Result-oriented and possess the ability to lead by example,
- A great analytical thinker with strategic perspective,
- Business case decision-making, complex problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.

**What are you going to do?**

**1. Managing All Stages and Units of Field Operations**:

- Oversee all stages and units of Field Operations in Austria to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet company expectations and operational goals.
- Monitor and manage day-to-day field operations to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.

**2. Operational Efficiency**:

- **Streamline Processes**: Develop and implement processes to enhance operational efficiency, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution of activities.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Regularly monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify improvement areas and ensure targets are met.
- **Resource Allocation**: Allocate resources efficiently, including personnel and equipment, to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.

**3. Management of Fleet Location & Positioning**:

- **Fleet Tracking**: Use advanced tracking systems to monitor the fleet's location and status in real-time, ensuring optimal deployment and utilization.
- **Strategic Positioning**: Develop and implement strategies for fleet positioning to maximize service coverage and minimize response times.
- **Data Analysis**: Analyze data related to fleet movements and performance to make informed decisions on routing, positioning, and fleet size adjustments.

**4. Battery Swap Management**:

- **Battery Monitoring**: Monitor battery levels across the fleet to ensure vehicles are adequately charged and operational.
- **Swap Scheduling**: Lead the schedule for battery swaps to minimize service disruption and ensure vehicle availability.
- **Efficiency Optimization**: Optimize battery swap procedures to ensure swift and efficient execution, reducing vehicle downtime.
- **Supplier Coordination**: Liaise with battery suppliers to ensure a steady supply of replacement batteries and promptly address any issues.

**5. Municipality Request Handling**:

- **Liaison Role**: Act as the main point of contact between the company and municipal authorities, ensuring professional and prompt handling of all requests and communications.
- **Compliance Management**: Ensure all operations comply with local regulations and standards, addressing any concerns raised by municipal authorities.
- **Problem Resolution**: Quickly address and resolve any issues or requests from municipalities to maintain good working relationships and service continuity.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular updates and reports to municipalities on service performance, improvements, and any incidents.
